John has served in youth ministry for over 20 years which includes being on Young Life staff for seven years, serving on the St. John’s Youth Ministry team for five years and working part-time as their Assistant Worship Leader, Creative Service Programmer, and performing various administrative pastor duties.

He also served as the Vice President of Learning and Development for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, one of America’s renowned mentoring organizations along with an extensive learning and development career of 24 years with Commerce Bank/TD Bank as a Learning Management Executive.

John oversees the Children’s Ministry, partners with his wife Gina in our Youth Ministry, leads our Community Outreach Programs – which include Project Love (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and Season Outreaches. Additionally, he is responsible for our staff training, development, and coaching.

John and his wife Gina have been married for 25 years and have four beautiful daughters, Mary (husband Matt Soldano), Lizzie (husband Matt Jeffreys), Ashley and Daana.
