Share some love with our Military this Valentine’s Day. 

 Donations are being accepted  Jan 24 – Feb 2.

You can drop-off donations whenever it is convenient for you between Jan 24 – Feb 2. A bus will be parked in the GCCC parking lot; push the doors open and leave your donation(s) on a seat.

Let’s fill that bus!

What NOT to donate; chocolate, alcohol, aerosol/pressurized cans, ammunition, etc.. Overall, keep in mind that whatever you send may not make it in the condition you expect. Along the way, things might get wet, break, freeze or be in shipping containers for a period of time.

Use your imagination, but if you get stuck, here are a few suggestions.

Personal Entertainment:

Playing Cards, Pocket Games, Football, Frisbee, Hard Candy (No Chocolate), Powdered Drink Mixes, Beef Jerky, Protein Bars, Baseball (and gloves), Wiffle bat and ball, Pencils, Batteries, Fast Food condiment packets (ketchup, mustard, relish, hot sauce, etc). 

Personal Items:

Lip Balm, Sunscreen, Foot Powder, Writing Materials, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Comb, Gum, Hard Candy, Powdered Drink Mixes, Lotion, Command Wall hooks, Baby Wipes, travel size EVERYTHING, Q-tips, disposable razors, socks, underwear, flip flops, personal hygiene products, trail mix, etc.

Add a personal letter thanking the Veteran for their service.
